Aerial Yoga

Join our Aerial Yoga Classes, a new approach to a traditional yoga practice. We use a silk fabric called a ‘hammock’ or ‘swing’. To support the weight of our bodies, helping us achieve various postures with more depth, ease and excitement. (Fitness Studio)


Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. Indoor Cycling

A great workout, no weights, ONLY your body weight! Participants will learn to how to leverage TRX’s movement-based training approach on the TRX Suspension Trainer. Beyond Suspension Training, these other modalities may include: Kettlebells, Medicine Balls and Power Bags. (Fitness Studio)

Youth Boot Camp (12yrs+)

A small class of body weight movement to improve aerobic capacity, strength and flexibility will do a great deal of difference to your youth’s fitness levels! Youth Boot Camp is a mix of functional exercises in a very pleasant atmosphere.

Family Awakening Yoga

This is a wonderful way to strengthen the family bond. We will do some yoga poses and learn to find a peaceful place inside together while having fun.

Youth Pilates Fusion

The perfect way for youths to exercise cardio and core muscles to help improve their overall strength and flexibility.


MarBella Running Club

Outdoor Running

At Marbella Corfu we love running and understand you love running outdoors too. We have designed two unique running tracks in scenic places around the resort.

Every week, our instructors will take you for a run in one of the most amazing tracks of the island. We will take care of transportation for both directions with a mini bus, the travelling time to the starting point is about 20 minutes.

Stroggyli Field Running Track

Not far from the hotel, the Stroggyli Running Track is an easy-running track suitable for both beginners and experienced runners. The track starts and ends at Stroggyli village, running through the quiet and beautiful fields of Stroggyli. You will absolutely love this place!

Guests have the option to run the 5km route to the village and book their transportation back to the hotel at the guest relations concierge if they so wish.

Specialized Training for Runners

Our Running Coach leads a runner’s specific training session in the gym, including specialised exercises to strengthen muscle groups for distance running and different exercise routines to improve elasticity and leg movement. Guests will also be able to work on their running routine on a treadmill and get inducted to interval training.


Private Training

For guests who appreciate the support of a professional personal trainer we provide tailor made fitness services for all type of training routines like strength, endurance, weight loss, yoga and sports. You can either bring your own PT work out programme or let us design a fresh programme for you and let us guide you, motivate you and instruct you to achieve your fitness goals while on holiday.
