Mihaela Novak - Marli

Mihaela is a model and an experienced yoga and Pilates practitioner who advocates active ageing, physical wellbeing and inclusive fitness for all. With a lifetime dedication to movement and wellbeing, she brings experience as a former internationally competitive ballroom dancer and current Masters track athlete to her practice. Also a former Miss Slovenia winner, she champions confidence and representation across all ages in the wellness and fashion industries. Backed by over 30 years as an English and German teacher and interpreter, she brings together clear communication, cultural awareness, and a holistic approach to mind-body balance.

Risa is a certified sleep therapist, yoga teacher, wellbeing coach and journalist. Her practice comes from a place of deep personal experience, having suffered sleep problems for much of her life. With this aspect of her life now completely transformed, she is committed to empowering others to achieve quality sleep, recognising it as the cornerstone to a healthy life. Risa delivers sleep and wellbeing talks and workshops internationally to private and corporate clients, and her teaching approach is down-to-earth, intuitive, and practical, focusing on lasting solutions over quick fixes.

Ady is the founder of Keepitmindful, a mindfulness and awareness consultancy working with celebrities, creatives, and elite performers. Trained within the Jon Kabat-Zinn lineage as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction facilitator and awareness coach, he balances contemplative depth with modern high-performance demands – and as an actor and professional magician, he understands presence under pressure. His coaching, which he brings to boardrooms, studios, stages, retreats and private sessions, focuses on refined attention, emotional regulation, and mastery of internal states, providing discrete, high-impact support for clients navigating success with grounded clarity and resilience.

Jacqueline is a personal trainer, pro-age champion, and author of ‘Strong: The Definitive Guide to Active Ageing’, empowering people to embrace active ageing and understand how physical activity influences both health span and life span. A mum of five and a grandmother, she brings lived experience to her work, having endured shoulder surgeries, a fractured wrist and osteoarthritis. She advocates adaptable, inclusive exercise for all, and challenges both ‘internalised’ ageism and negative stereotypes. A sought-after speaker, she has presented at industry events and been featured across the media.
