Our expert bartenders will introduce you to all the spirits, liqueurs and special ingredients, demonstrate techniques, give you some great presentation tips and help you create your own bespoke cocktail to enjoy with your fellow mixologists. Well, in this session you’ll join our baristas to discover more about the wonderful world of specialty coffee, such as origins, roasting profiles, and extraction methods. You’ll get the chance to master the espresso machines and milk steamer and make a perfectly personalised latte or cappuccino. And you get to take away your own coffee masterpiece. Every Tuesday, 5pm. at the M Bar.
Loved in the Mediterranean for thousands of years, every olive oil comes with its own unique appearance, flavourand aroma. Get ready to indulge your taste buds in this introduction to Greek extra virgin olive oil. Learn how to taste olive oil professionally, identify key characteristics, understand what makes it unique in regional cuisine, and explore pairings with bread and seasonal bites. Every Wednesday, 4pm at Kum Kuat Restaurant.
Greece boasts a wealth of outstanding wines, and you can find out more about our best known labels and enjoy some perfect local food pairings too. Our sommelier will take you through the history of Greek wine, covering terroir, varietals, and tasting notes. Then it’s your turn to put your palate to the test with a tasting selection of 4-5 leading wines together with local artisanal cheeses and cured meats. Every Monday and Friday, 5pm at Kuzina Restaurant. Supplement of €40 per person applies.
Traditional coffee is a way of life in Greece and there’s no better place to appreciate one than in an authentic setting. Join us outside the Church at MarBella and immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Greek coffee. See a demonstration of the time-honoured preparation or ‘hovoli’, discover the customs and stories behind this beloved coffee and enjoy a cup along with our homemade Greek sweet treats. Every Thursday, 11am at Belvedere outdoor area, next to our small Church.
Greece is adored for its fresh, flavourful cuisine. And this fun cooking session is your opportunity to pick up a few classic tips from our expert chefs – with the session tailored to the group’s ability and interests. Following an introduction to the recipe and ingredients, learn some techniques that you can put into practice as a group with your own dish. You’ll also get some guidance on plating and presentation, before tasting the final dish. Every Saturday, 4.30pm at Kuzina Restaurant.
