Sotiris Evaggelou studied at the school of Alain Ducasse in Paris before working with celebrated restaurants across France including a partnership with Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris. Using the freshest local ingredients and adding a contemporary twist, he takes traditional Greek food to next-level delicious and serves it up with a big sprinkling of love.
