One of Greece’s most sought-after chefs, he’ll be treating guests to new menus featuring an array of Corfiot classics. There’s more too, with specially curated signature dishes adding a little extra pizzaz to menus across Mar-Bella Collection hotels.
Having studied at the school of Alain Ducasse in Paris and worked in leading restaurants across France, Evaggelou returned to his native Greece in 1997 to work in some of the best hotel restaurants in Athens and Thessaloniki, with the ambition of taking Greek gastronomy to a whole new level. With a peerless knowledge of Greek culinary traditions, Evaggelou works with the highest quality ingredients and flavours to create dishes that deliver a fresh, contemporary feel.
