ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

The MarBella Corfu Hotel is currently seeking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team for the season 2021-2022.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management and supervising of the F&B operations
  • Daily presence in the F&B outlets ensuring that all established SOP’s are met
  • Participation in weekly F&B operational meetings
  • Participation in the creation of exceptional F&B menus based on the latest trends
  • Management of labor, F&B cost in all outlets based on the established budgets
  • Continuous training, guiding, motivation and supervision of all F&B associates
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all F&B Outlets
  • Planning and co-ordination of conferences and events in collaboration with the F&B Manager and S&M Manager
  • Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction
  • Implementing new procedures and projects to achieve the continuous development of the F&B product

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel or high-volume restaurant
  • Experience in leading large, diversified teams
  • Excellent knowledge in computer programs such as MS Office, POS Systems
  • Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of food, wines & spirits
  • Graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School
