The MarBella Corfu Hotel is currently seeking for a passionate and dedicated Front Office Manager to join our team for the season 2021-2022.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operations & SOPs of reception, guest relations, porters & doorman team
- Report to the Front Office Manager
- Support all the shifts
- Deal with customers and handle complaints
- Meet guests’ requests
- Train the front office team
- Upsell
- Monitor staffing levels to meet & cover business demands
- Schedule shifts
- Monitor stock and office supplies
- Respond to guests’ emails
- Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
Qualifications
- Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel
- Experience in leading teams
- Excellent knowledge in computer programs such as MS Office, POS Systems
- Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
- Graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School
