FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

The MarBella Corfu Hotel is currently seeking for a passionate and dedicated Front Office Manager to join our team for the season 2021-2022.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the operations & SOPs of reception, guest relations, porters & doorman team
  • Report to the Front Office Manager
  • Support all the shifts
  • Deal with customers and handle complaints
  • Meet guests’ requests
  • Train the front office team
  • Upsell
  • Monitor staffing levels to meet & cover business demands
  • Schedule shifts
  • Monitor stock and office supplies
  • Respond to guests’ emails
  • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met

 

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Excellent knowledge in computer programs such as MS Office, POS Systems
  • Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
  • Graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School
