MarBella Collection is currently seeking for a passionate and dedicated HR Officer to join our team for the season 2021-2022.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide general administration and filing of HR documentation
- Support and handling the ATS system (advertising vacancies, screening CVs, organizing interviews)
- Support and handling the LMS system (courses and learning material)
- Support in the onboarding process
- Complete and file documentation for new starters and leavers and ensure employee files are accurate and up to date
- Update the HR employee database on a regular basis (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Update HR documents e.g., employee forms, job profiles, department structures and training presentations
- Planning and delivering training, including the inductions of new staff
- Support recruitment & payroll procedures
- Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or related position (a hotel-oriented person will be considered an asset)
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and HR tools (ATS, LMS, HRM)
- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration or related
