MarBella Collection is currently seeking for a passionate and dedicated HR Officer to join our team for the season 2021-2022.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration and filing of HR documentation
  • Support and handling the ATS system (advertising vacancies, screening CVs, organizing interviews)
  • Support and handling the LMS system (courses and learning material)
  • Support in the onboarding process
  • Complete and file documentation for new starters and leavers and ensure employee files are accurate and up to date
  • Update the HR employee database on a regular basis (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Update HR documents e.g., employee forms, job profiles, department structures and training presentations
  • Planning and delivering training, including the inductions of new staff
  • Support recruitment & payroll procedures
  • Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or related position (a hotel-oriented person will be considered an asset)
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and HR tools (ATS, LMS, HRM)
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration or related
