RESTAURANT MANAGER – MARBELLA COLLECTION

MarBella Collection is currently seeking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team for the season 2022.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management and supervising of the day to day restaurant operations
  • Ensuring that all established SOP’s are met in the managed outlet
  • Responsible for the stock and inventory management of the restaurant
  • Ensuring the smooth transition handover between the different shifts
  • Ensuring the good communication between kitchen and service staff
  • Participation in weekly F&B operational meetings
  • Maximization of revenue and reduction of cost based on the established budgets
  • Continuous training, guiding, motivation and supervision of F&B associates
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the restaurant
  • Participation in the execution of conferences and events
  • Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction
  • Participates in the service if necessary

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel or high-volume restaurant
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Good knowledge in POS Systems
  • Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of food, wines & spirits
  • Preferably graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School
