MarBella Collection is currently seeking for a passionate and dedicated Rooms Division Manager to join our team for the season 2022.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overlooking daily operations of the Housekeeping, Front Office, Guest relation, Porters departments
  • Liaise with Reservations Manager on daily basis
  • Liaise with Accounting on daily basis
  • In charge of recruiting and training of all teams
  • Monitoring SOPs of all departments
  • Ensuring perfect coordination between all departments
  • Deal with guests and complaint handler
  • Promote corporate social responsibility program and environmental policy
  • Monitor Health and safety aspect of the daily operations


  • Sound knowledge and expertise in handling all the functional areas of the departments in charge.
  • Strong leadership quality
  • Extremely good managerial and administrative capacity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment
  • Strong operational background with hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guests’ expectations
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • High Level of Customer Service
  • Computer literate



  • Professional experience in an equivalent 5*hotel or in an international hotel chain
  • Proven experience in relevant position for 2-5 years
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Excellent command of Greek, English and one additional language
  • Graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School or higher
