Born in Athens, Yiannis found his love of cooking during military service before going on to hone his skills in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine in prestigious kitchens across Greece and Europe. His impressive resume includes the Michelin-starred Quique Dacosta and Santo by Martin Berasategui in Spain and Konstantin Filippou in Vienna. In 2013 he became Chef de Cuisine of La Guérite Restaurant in Cannes France and has since opened two further La Guérite restaurants. Yiannis is also the Executive / Consultant Chef of the Shellona Greek Restaurants in Saint Barthélemy, West Indies, and in Saint Tropez, France.
