Meet the instructors:
Heather Hearts, 13 - 18 May
Energy giver Heather loves all things calming. As an ex-dancer it was easy to never quite feel good enough, therefore Heather sees the impact that yoga has had on her wellbeing more than most and looks to introduce, develop and enhance this feeling in others. Heather is running Yin Yoga classes – an opportunity to slow things down and focus on grounding postures and Power Yoga, aimed at building strength through a fast and dynamic session. While for an introduction to Yoga, the Slow Flow session is perfect.
Will McLaren, 13 - 18 May
Will McLaren is a former Royal Marine who is known for his warm and caring nature, making people feel secure and motivated as they pursue their fitness goals. With a passion for coaching group classes, Will excels at creating dynamic and engaging sessions, fostering a sense of community among participants. As the founder of the Manbility community platform, he has successfully combined his expertise and genuine concern for others to positively impact lives through fitness. His sessions will involve bodyweight workouts, anaerobic interval fitness training and slow-paced strength.
Maddy and Alex Weaver, 20 - 25 May
London-based sibling duo, Soul Sisters – Maddy and Alex have more than 15 years of experience and a track record of working with top Olympic athletes. Having managed the Adidas studio in London for seven years, they now extend their expertise to thousands through their online platform. Guests can experience a range of classes including their Signature class, a dynamic blend of strength, core, and HIIT suitable for all levels and the Express Core class, perfect for those looking to tone the core in just 30 minutes.
Adrienne Adhami, 8 - 13 June
Adrienne is a performance wellbeing coach, podcast host and author who has delivered workshops and keynotes for brands such as Apple, Barclays and Microsoft, to motivate and empower their employees to perform at their best in work and life. Adrienne has completed more than 20 endurance races around the world and her popular weekly podcast ‘Power Hour’ has reached more than 3.5 million downloads. Guests can participate in Slow Paced Strength, a beginner/intermediate workout focusing on strength and conditioning, Tempo Bodyweight for all levels, and Express Core, a quick and effective 30-minute session targeting core muscles.
James Stirling , 18 - 22 June
James Stirling, aka London Fitness Guy, is a qualified PT and social media content creator. He began his career training the contestants of ITV’s The X Factor, and has since trained a number of sports professionals, musicians and TV personalities. His experience training clients of all abilities led to the creation of the PWER app, the most accessible workout platform on the market, which now motivates a global community to regularly exercise. Guests can join James for classes such as HIIT Cardio, Slow Paced Strength, Active Recovery, and Tempo Bodyweight, suitable for all levels and designed to challenge and invigorate.
Alex Crockford, 25 - 30 June
Alex Crockford, a renowned fitness trainer and founder of a global fitness app, will offer dynamic and challenging classes for Elix guests. With extensive experience and more than 23 million YouTube views, his sessions focus on building strong foundations for fitness and strength. Alex’s classes such as Slow Paced Strength, HIIT Strength, Active Recovery, and Tempo Bodyweight are for beginner or intermediate abilities. His high-intensity HIIT Cardio class are a must-try as well as the rejuvenating Active Recovery session, designed to reset and re-energise the body.
Kayleigh Jayne, 1 – 5 July
Kayleigh started her journey as a professional dancer, performing onboard P&O Australian cruise ships all over the world. Kayleigh then qualified as a Pilates instructor and set up her own business. Kayleigh has taught classes for international brands such as Gymshark, BoohooMan and Gymbella Wellness. Through a variation of Pilates classes, Kayleigh will get guests concentrating on full body toning and strengthening. Some of the sessions will be high energy and sweaty and all will be tailored to a range of abilities in order to curate enjoyable, challenging and beneficial sessions.
Matteo Massaini, 22 - 27 July
With a background in football, Matteo’s Italian upbringing instilled discipline, shaping his approach to exercise. His classes are up-tempo and exhilarating, leaving participants feeling invigorated all day long. Led by Matteo, guests will experience a blend of strength, conditioning, and recovery sessions suitable for all levels. Join him for a slow yet intense workout focusing on form and strength, a high-intensity cardio session challenging agility and strength, and an active recovery session to reset and re-energize.
Carl van Heerden, 16 - 28 September
Carl's coaching style is shaped by his extensive personal sporting achievements, including semi-pro rugby, water polo, triathlons, and ultra-marathons. His sessions offer a 360 approach to training and functional fitness, aiming to push guests beyond their limits. Classes such as slow paced strength, HIIT strength, active recovery, and tempo bodyweight reflect carl's expertise. Guests will experience a slow yet intense workout focusing on strength and conditioning, challenge themselves with a high-intensity cardio session or enjoy active recovery sessions.
