James Stirling, also known as London Fitness Guy is a qualified PT and social media content creator. London Fitness Guy began his career training the contestants of ITV’s The X Factor, and has since trained a variety of sports professionals, musicians and TV personalities. His experience training clients of all abilities led to the creation of the PWER app, the most accessible workout platform on the market, which now motivates a global community to regularly exercise.
What to expect
Oyogo resident trainer James will get guests moving and sweating in a series of high-energy and carefully curated fitness and movement sessions. You will learn how to maximise your personal results, working efficiently across functional fitness, strength, speed and agility based skills, perfecting their form and function – the ideal addition to your time at Marbella Elix!
9 – 12 July, Adrienne Herbert
Adrienne is a performance wellbeing coach, podcast host & author who has delivered workshops and keynotes for brands such as Apple, Barclays & Microsoft, to motivate and empower their employees to perform at their best in work and life. Adrienne has completed more than 20 endurance races around the world giving her expert running knowledge that guests can learn from. Her popular weekly podcast ‘Power Hour’ has reached more than 3.5 million downloads.

As a runner, mother and mentor – Adrienne believes that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things! Join her for a series of high-energy, highly engaging fitness and movement classes and workshops while she is in residence at Marbella Elix. The 4 day programme will challenge guests to rethink how they view their health, movement and well-being with a mixture of beach boot-camps, hilly Greek trail runs, sweaty fitness workouts and calming recovery sessions overlooking the Ionian sea!
