With gastronomy at its heart, Apaggio brings you a finely designed à la carte menu, all lovingly curated by Sotiris Evaggelou. One of Greece’s most sought-after chefs, he’ll be treating you this summer to an array of mouth-watering Corfiot classics. One of Europe’s leading chefs, Evaggelou studied at the school of Alain Ducasse in Paris before working with celebrated restaurants across France including a partnership with Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris. Using the freshest local ingredients and adding a contemporary twist, Evaggelou takes traditional Greek food to next-level delicious. All served up with a big sprinkling of love.
