Meet the instructors:

Courtlyn Fazakas, 10 - 22 June

Growing up as a small-town Canadian girl, Courtlyn developed a passion for movement through competitive dance and track. She firmly believes in the importance of investing in mental health and taking ownership of one's physical body as cornerstones to feeling good mentally. She holds the belief that fitness is about more than just appearance—it's about feeling empowered, proud, and strong.

Stephanie Warwick, 11 - 20 July

Coming from a dance background, Stephanie shares her love for movement through form-focused, varied sessions that challenge all aspects of fitness. With more than ten years of industry experience, she encourages clients to appreciate their body's capabilities. Influenced by her extensive background in Pilates, Yoga, and dance, her classes offer a unique blend of techniques. As a lead trainer for TRX Training for the past three years, she specialises in digital fitness, connecting with clients worldwide through online training. Regardless of fitness level, Stephanie ensures accessibility, leaving guests feeling accomplished and empowered.

Gigi Delsante, 22 - 27 July

Gigi’s programme offers a variety of classes including Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, and restorative Yin Yoga, catering to all levels. Guests can expect a dynamic Vinyasa Flow session, where Gigi guides them through a fast-paced, breath-led flow to explore and reconnect. Slow Flow Yoga offers a calming escape, the Restore, Reset, Reconnect Yin Yoga session is a rejuvenating practice with longer-held poses, and for those seeking a strong and challenging practice, Power Yoga aims at building warmth and strength in the body while cultivating calmness in the mind.

Kaleigh Jayne, 5 - 10 August

Kayleigh started her journey as a professional dancer, performing onboard P&O Australian cruise ships all over the world. Kayleigh then qualified as a Pilates instructor and set up her own business. Kayleigh has taught classes for international brands such as Gymshark, BoohooMan and Gymbella Wellness. Through a variation of Pilates classes, Kayleigh will get guests concentrating on full body toning and strengthening. Some of the sessions will be high energy and sweaty and all will be tailored to a range of abilities in order to curate enjoyable, challenging and beneficial sessions.

Erica Bracken, 16 - 28 September

Erica is a dedicated 500-hour RYT Yoga teacher who empowers individuals to move, breathe, and live better through Yoga. Her journey began in 2013, initially drawn to Yoga's physical and stress-relieving benefits, but soon recognizing its transformative potential beyond the mat. Guests will be able to join Erica for Dynamic Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow Yoga, Restore, Reset, Reconnect Yin Yoga, and Power Yoga sessions, suitable for all levels. The experience includes moving meditation, intentional movement, and rejuvenating stillness, as Erica guides guests through a holistic Yoga practice aimed at nurturing mind, body, and spirit.
