As a runner, mother and mentor – Adrienne believes that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things! Join her for a series of high-energy, highly engaging fitness and movement classes and workshops while she is in residence at Elix. The 4 day programme will challenge guests to rethink how they view their health, movement and well-being with a mixture of beach boot-camps, sweaty fitness workouts and calming recovery sessions overlooking the Ionian sea!

Body Bootcamp by the beach - with optional post class dip in the sea! All Levels
Take it down to basics with Adrienne. Raise your heart rate without using any equipment - this fast paced class will teach you how to get in a great workout wherever you find yourself. Reward yourself with a post-workout dip in the cool waters of Karavostasi Beach.
HIIT cardio and stretch at the outdoor gym - All Levels
This fun workout is designed to challenge your agility, speed and endurance. Let expert trainer Adrienne put you through your paces in the outdoor gym area with some sprints and body-weight circuits followed by some mobility and stretching to finish. Expect to walk away feeling accomplished.
Express HIIT Cardio at the outdoor gym - All Levels
A high intensity workout based on cardio, conditioning and strengthening. This class is designed to get you moving, using agility, speed and high-intensity free weights to leave you feeling ‘done’ after just 30 minutes! Come and challenge yourself.
