
Gikas is Head Chef at Aleria Restaurant, where his celebrated Modern Greek cuisine has established it as one of the best in the Greek capital. From Thiva in Central Greece, his cuisine is influenced by his rural childhood and his mother’s home cooking. After graduating Le Monde Culinary School he worked at leading avant-garde restaurants in Greece and further afield.
