What to expect
Guests can join Oyogo trainer Kayleigh for a series of high-energy and restorative ways to move and connect with the body. Explore a mixture of Pilates, stretching and barre-based movement classes with Kayleigh which she is in residence at Elix. Guests will be able to learn principles to strengthen and tone the body, improve posture and body alignment as well as de-stress mind and spirit.

Release & Stretch
Slow the pace, indulge in each exercise with a focus on clarity, technique and relaxation. Unwind with deep stretches leaving you feeling less tense, calm and ready to finish your day.
Dynamic pilates
