Long before reaching the shores of Corfu, ancient traditions and aromatic spices traced a legendary path across continents. At Apaggio, we bring that historic voyage to life. Nestled within Nido, our unique dining experience, paired with a bespoke menu, celebrates the seamless harmony between far-off influences and authentic local flavours.
Chef Arthur Mamulian began his culinary journey with the Mar-Bella Collection, where he completed his internship before building an international career. Since 2012, he has gained experience in Austria and refined his skills through stages at the Michelin-starred Kokkeriet in Copenhagen and Ekstedt in Stockholm.
Returning to the Mar-Bella Collection as Sous Chef, Arthur now leads the culinary team as Executive Chef of Nido. Born into an Armenian family, he draws inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of the Caucasus, blending them with memories from his recent travels through China and Japan.
For Silk Road – A Journey to Corfu, Arthur presents a tasting menu inspired by the ancient Silk Road, a culinary voyage celebrating the flavours, spices and cultures that connected East and West before reaching Corfu.
